Alle Fahrer müssen mindestens 21 Jahre alt sein. Fahrzeuge können in Andorra, Belgien, Dänemark, Finnland, Frankreich, Gibraltar, Großbritannien, Irland, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Monaco, den Niederlanden, Norditalien, Norwegen, Österreich, Portugal, Schweden, der Schweiz und Spanien gefahren werden. Fahrzeuge können auch in Kroatien, Süditalien, dem Vatikan, San Marino, Polen, der Slowakei, Slowenien, der Tschechischen Republik und Ungarn gefahren werden, mit Ausnahme von Fahrzeugen der Marken Audi, BMW, Mercedes, VW, Land Rover, Jaguar. Der Kunde ist dazu verpflichtet, die Mietstation über seine Pläne, das Land mit dem Fahrzeug zu verlassen, zu informieren und eine Genehmigung dafür einzuholen. Für alle grenzüberschreitenden Reisen gelten die folgenden zusätzlichen Gebühren. Flughäfen und Bahnhöfe 6,24 EUR pro Tag. Alle anderen Standorte 5,00 EUR pro Tag. Ist die Haftungsbeschränkung (DW) nicht in der Reservierung enthalten, haftet der Mieter vollständig für das Fahrzeug. Die Haftungsbeschränkung (DW) kann erworben werden und reduziert die entsprechende Selbstbeteiligung für alle Autos mit Ausnahme von Elite-Elektrofahrzeugen auf Null.

Wenn der Mieter zu Beginn des Mietzeitraums keinen Kraftstoff kauft und das Fahrzeug nicht mit dem gleichen Kraftstoffstand wie zu Beginn des Mietzeitraums (wie in der Mietvereinbarung angegeben) zurückgibt, ist er verpflichtet, eine Betankungsgebühr zu zahlen. Die Kosten dafür ergeben sich aus der Differenz zwischen dem in der Mietvereinbarung eingetragenen Kraftstoffstand und dem Kraftstoffstand bei der Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs multipliziert mit dem in der Station angezeigten Kraftstoffpreis. Nicht verbrauchter oder überschüssiger Kraftstoff wird nicht erstattet.
Bei Elektrofahrzeugen, deren Ladestand bei der Rückgabe niedriger ist, als der Ladestand zu Beginn der Mietzeit (wie in der Zusammenfassung der Mietvereinbarung angegeben), eine Wiederaufladegebühr, die wie folgt berechnet wird: Anzahl der Kilowattstunden, die für die Aufladung des Fahrzeugs erforderlich sind, um die Differenz zwischen dem in der Zusammenfassung der Mietvereinbarung angegebenen und dem bei der Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs erfassten Ladezustand auszugleichen, multipliziert mit dem in der Zusammenfassung der Mietvereinbarung angegebenen Preis pro Kilowattstunde zuzüglich einer zusätzlichen Gebühr, wie in der Zusammenfassung der Mietvereinbarung angegeben. Nicht verbrauchte oder überschüssige Ladung wird nicht erstattet.

Die Reisegepäckversicherung ist gegen eine zusätzliche Tagesgebühr erhältlich. Die Reisegepäckversicherung versichert die persönlichen Gegenstände des Mieters und seiner Mitfahrer während der Reise.
Kurz gesagt deckt das Produkt Diebstahl, Beschädigung oder Verlust von Gepäck, elektronischen und mobilen Geräten ab. Außerdem wird die verspätete Ausgabe von persönlichem Reisegepäck und der Verlust von Reisedokumenten abgedeckt. Dies ist nur eine Zusammenfassung. Der Erwerb der Reisegepäckversicherung ist optional und keine Voraussetzung für die Anmietung eines Fahrzeugs.
Die Deckung durch die Reisegepäckversicherung überschneidet sich ggf. mit Ihrer bestehenden Deckung. Sie sollten prüfen, ob Ihre private Versicherung ausreichend ist.

Der Pannendienstschutz (RAP) beinhaltet einen 24-Stunden-Notdienst, der die Bereitstellung eines Ersatzfahrzeugs bei Schlüsselverlust, Schlüsselversand, Vor-Ort-Unterstützung bei Reifenpannen, Abschleppdienste, gewaltsame Öffnung des Fahrzeugs, wenn sich die Schlüssel im Fahrzeuginneren befinden, sowie Fremdstart und Betankung mit bis zu 5l Kraftstoff umfasst. Pannenhilfe ist in fast allen europäischen Ländern verfügbar. Die aktuelle Liste der Länder ist bei der Anmietung in der Mietstation verfügbar. RAP ist eine Pauschalgebühr, die alle Pannendienste abdeckt. Die Pannenhilfe kann auch ohne Zahlung dieser Pauschalgebühr in Anspruch genommen werden. Die Abrechnung erfolgt dann nach den tatsächlich für alle erbrachten Hilfsleistungen angefallenen Kosten.Der Pannendienstschutz (RAP) ist ein optionales Produkt. Alle Fahrer müssen einen gültigen und nicht abgelaufenen Führerschein vorlegen. Wenn sich die Sprache des Führerscheins und dessen Alphabet von denen des Mietlandes unterscheiden, ist auch ein internationaler Führerschein erforderlich. Zur Vermeidung möglicher Bußgelder raten wir Mietern, eigenständig zu prüfen, ob ausländische Fahrer einen internationalen Führerschein mitführen müssen. Mieter mit einem Führerschein aus einem Land, das nicht dem Abkommen über internationale Führerscheine angehört, sollten eine beglaubigte Übersetzung mit sich führen.
Alle Mieter müssen einen gültigen Personalausweis oder Reisepass vorlegen. Führerscheine aus Nicht-EU-Ländern sind ab dem Stempeldatum im Reisepass des Mieters bis zu 6Monate gültig. Nach Ablauf der sechs Monate ist ein in der EU ausgestellter Führerschein gesetzlich vorgeschrieben.
